Hamilton House is a coming-of-age comedy that follows a group of young actors who live together in a cramped Harlem basement apartment. One of them, the eager, if naive, Zach, learns that a famous horror filmmaker, Gunther Lazlo, is moving into their neighborhood to produce a Broadway adaptation of one of his films. Attempting to short circuit his way to success, Zach convinces his girlfriend Vivienne, along with his other roommates, to turn their home into a haunted house to impress the filmmaker on Halloween night; if they pull this off, the filmmaker just might take them all to Broadway with him. Determined to make the plan work, Zach puts his relationship, friendships, and living situation on the line to achieve his dream.
